1. An enhancement for AWE64. The WaveSynth Control Panel allows a single
check box that enables or disables the wave audio at CD quality. 

2. Efficient memory management for WaveSynth/WG calculation.

3. The installation will install WaveSynth/WG on AMD-K5 machine. Creative
audio CD with WaveSynth/WG is needed during the installation process.
